There will be 1 session (2-4 hours) a week for 6 weeks, which are carried out distantly - this means you can be anywhere in the world and receive these session, and can relax while the sessions are being carried out, or go about your daily business as normal.   

There will also be full email support so you can contact us at any time and get personal attention.

You will be asked initial questions about your life and issues, then the sessions will be carried out, and you will receive a Report at the end of each week with self-development to do at home.
