As you are probably aware, from 1 July 2007 in England there is a a smoking ban on almost all enclosed public spaces, including workplaces and pubs. It already exists in Scotland and Ireland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Many smokers are finding this a very good incentive to give up sooner rather than later, and have found Theta DNA Healing to be an excellent way to quit smoking for good.
Usually people who don't find it easy to give up smoking have a number of beliefs which need to be cleared first. These beliefs could be to do with self-worth and confidence, or any number of other things. Once the beliefs have been identified and removed, it is much easier to give up smoking. Click here for a list of common beliefs.

List - make a list of why you want to quit, what triggers make you want to smoke with how to avoid them. Put this list up in areas you (and your family) will see them regularly to help you. (ie on a bedroom mirror, in your wallet/purse, the computer, the car, etc)
Banish reminders - get rid of all cigarettes, matches, lighters and ashtrays from your home.
Keep clean - wash your clothes and your hair - the fresh smell will motivate you to keep things that way.
Avoid temptation - keep away from people, places and activities that you associate with smoking.
Stay healthy - eat well, drink lots of water to flush out the toxins and take a Vitamin C supplement to boost your immune system (smoking depletes Vitamin C).
Brush your teeth - instead of smoking after meals, make it a habit to get up and clean your teeth - your breath will be too fresh to spoil with smoke and the activity will break the old habit.
Treat yourself - make a list of things you love, including pampering yourself, and indulge on a regular basis as a reward.
